5. Enter Conduct/Effort Grades
-
Homeroom teachers will enter conduct and effort grades.
-
Conduct Grade: compute the conduct grade by looking at the the cumulative conduct/uniform infraction points: 5 B, 10 C, 15 D, 20 F.
-
Effort Grade: compute the effort grade by looking at the student’s average, cumulative effort infraction points, as well as taking into consideration the overall performance of the student throughout the quarter. Example: in the first 4 weeks of the quarter the student received many points for homework infractions. But in the last 4 weeks of the quarter he improved and he did not receive any more slips This effort he put forth in the last 4 weeks of the quarter would raise his effort from an F to a C.
