2021-22 Current Student Reenrollment

Dear QAS Families,

Queen of All Saints is excited to announce the 2021-2022 re-enrollment period that will begin Monday, January 18th. You will notice that the re-enrollment fee now includes the book and iPad fees in addition to the usual $10 processing fee. This is to ensure the family's commitment to re-enrolling and it enables books and iPads to be ordered in early Spring to ensure availability. The enrollment fee is non-refundable. You will also notice that within the re-enrollment process there is an audio/video recording policy and waiver. Procedures with regards to recording classes and providing them to students in other timezones who are not able to be present live have not changed. As virtual classes and recordings become more prevalent today, it is important that the school have a policy and waiver in place.

Click here, 2021-2022 Tuition and Enrollment Fees, to view next year's rates. You will notice a small increase in the book fee. This is to cover the additional cost of the ERB testing which we are required now to do. You will also notice a 2% increase in the tuition cost. This is to cover inflation.

Currently, many grades are at or above capacity for re-enrollment; therefore, it is critical that you re-enroll as soon as possible to secure your child's place in the grade. Additionally, there is a $100 late fee if you do not re-enroll by February 8th before midnight. New family enrollment begins on February 16th. If you have not enrolled by February 8th at midnight, your child's space could be taken by a new enrollee. We do not want that to happen to any of our students. Please re-enroll during the re-enrollment window to ensure your child's place in the 2021-2022 school year.

The following is a helpful reminder of how to access your FACTS account and begin the re-enrollment process for the 2021-2022 school year. Do not create a new account as you should already have one.

1. Navigate to the Parent Portal

2. Enter the District Code: QAS-FL

3. Enter your username and password to login

4. Select the “Family” and then “Enrollment/Re-enrollment” to begin process (as illustrated in the picture below)

5. You will receive an email confirming your enrollment once you have submitted the enrollment contract.

The tuition assistance deadline is February 15, 2021. If you are a non-Florida resident who would like to apply for Tuition Assistance, the steps are listed below:

● Log in to your account

● Click Start Application

Tuition Assistance directly from QAS is not available for Florida families, as those families who would normally income qualify through FACTS would also qualify for the Florida scholarship. We encourage all Florida families who income qualify to apply for aid via the Florida Tax Credit or Empowerment Scholarship. The enrollment session for next year has yet to be opened. We will notify you as soon as we receive notice. We were very happy to see that many of our students this year received full coverage for tuition and fees. If you have any questions regarding this process, please contact Sister Mary Magdalene at smmagdalene@qasonline.org.

Thank you in advance for your support of Queen of All Saints Academy by enrolling your child beginning January 18th.

Sincerely in Christ,

Mother Mary Theresa, CSTA
