High School Philosophy Online Course

This Catholic philosophy course is the study of Dialectics. This course compliments the rhetorical study and Apologetics of the senior. Dialectics employs the powers of reasoning and logic to examine the truths of opinions. Topics of metaphysics and psychology are also addressed.

About Instructor

Father De Saye

Father DeSaye completed his Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from Ithaca College and worked as a professional musician and music teacher. He studied philosophy at the Catholic University of America and earned a Master of Divinity at Mount St. Mary’s Seminary in Maryland.

Father DeSaye served as a teacher on the faculty of Delbarton School for two years before joining the faculty of QAS. He is the high school history and philosophy teacher at QAS Academy.

Full time

Our full time program, available both on-campus and online, provides a comprehensive Catholic education. Students benefit from academic advising, Catechism classes, student clubs, career-readiness programs, and the opportunity to graduate with a QAS Academy Diploma.

Part-time

Our part-time program allows students to take 2-3 courses while attending another school. These students receive academic advising, participate in Catechism classes, and can join student clubs and events.

Ideal for those looking to supplement their education, the single course option allows students to enroll in individual classes. They also receive academic advising and can participate in Catechism classes and student clubs.
