Application process
Create an account or visit our shop
To register for QAS Flex Homeschool, simply visit our Shop to checkout.
For live course registration, create an account. During account creation, enter the information for the parent or guardian of the enrollee. The student’s information will be entered during step 4. Be sure to save your username and password to enable Log-in for step 3.
Verify your email address
Ten to twenty minutes after account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Navigate to your email inbox and complete the verification. Once your email address has been verified, you are ready to log in to your new account.
Create a new-student application.
Withing your account, create a new-student application. You will have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application. You will need to create an application for each child that you intend to enroll.
Submit your application
Note that a non-refundable fee of $175 is required upon submission of the student application. You can log in at any time to check the status of your application. Once logged in, you will be able to print the completed application, monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms and, if accepted, fill out and submit the enrolment package.
What happens next?
Await Final Decision Notification
Final Enrollment (and Financial Aid) decision notifications are issued by email. We recommend adding the school’s email address (admissions@qasonline.org) to your email contacts so that your enrollment notification does not go to spam or junk.
Submit Enrollment Package
Following the emailed letter of acceptance, the parents will be invited to our school’s Family Portal. (District Code: QAS-FL) Here, parents can access the online enrollment package by navigating to Apply/Enroll>Enrollment. Enrollment packages must be submitted within ten days of the enrollment decision notification.
Please feel free to contact our admissions director, Sister Mary Magdalene, at any time to learn more about our school admissions process. 352-254-5755, ext. 1
Are you eligible for financial aid?
Financial Aid is available from Queen of All Saints. Queen of All Saints uses FACTS for our financial aid application and vetting. To apply for QAS financial aid, register for a FACTS Financial account. During application, you will be asked to include your most recent IRS Form 1040 and W2 to allow us to calculate the financial aid amount (other documents will be requested by FACTS. Please note that the vetting process for these documents takes at least two weeks.) A non-refundable $35 fee is required for financial aid applications.
Families may also choose to apply for financial aid through their state’s voucher program. Florida, Arizona, New Hampshire, Ohio, and many other states offer private school scholarship programs. โApplication deadlines vary per state. Read more about our financial aid program here.
