Financial Aid
We strive to help families to make sure that a private education is accessible to all qualified students.
Affordability
We understand affordability is a major consideration for parents.
At Queen of All Saints Academy, we are committed to making a high-quality Catholic education accessible to all qualified students.
We welcome inquiries from current and prospective families about our financial aid program, designed to support families with limited means. Our goal is to ensure that every student has the opportunity to benefit from our rigorous academic and spiritual education, regardless of financial circumstances.
Understanding Financial Aid
The application process for financial aid is separate from the student enrollment application and will only be considered once the student has applied to enroll at Queen of All Saints Academy.
We partner with FACTS, an external financial aid service, to collect and analyze financial data submitted by families. Each financial aid award is tailored to the individual needs of the family. Due to limited resources, we may not be able to accommodate all applicants, but we strive to assist as many families as possible.
State Voucher Programs
We encourage families to take advantage of their state’s private school vouchers and tax refunds.
In addition to our financial aid program, we encourage families to explore state voucher schemes and tax refunds to further support their educational expenses. Several states offer private school vouchers that can help reduce the cost of tuition. Below are a few which students at QAS are eligible to receive.
- West Virginia (Hope Scholarship)
- Florida (FES, FTC, PEP, Hope Scholarships.)
- New Hampshireย (Education Freedom Accounts)
- Utahย (Utah Fits All Scholarship)
- Arizona (Empowerment Scholarship Account, PLUS/Switcher/Individual Tax Credits)
- South Carolina (Education Scholarship Trust Fund Program)
Making a private education more accessible.
These state programs, combined with our financial aid, can significantly reduce the financial burden on families.
Need-based financial aid is a grant, not a loan, and is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis to families. Financial aid is not guaranteed, and each family is expected to use all resources available to them in paying for tuition. Financial aid grants do not have to be repaid. All information is strictly confidential and limited to review by authorized persons. The school expects that families will keep the same discretion regarding awards and decisions.
Renewals
Annual Applications
Financial aid is reviewed and awarded annually. Families seeking financial assistance must reapply each year to continue receiving aid. Detailed instructions for the application process can be found on our financial aid page.

How do I apply for financial aid at Queen of All Saints Academy?
To apply for financial aid, you must first complete the student enrollment application. Once your child has applied for enrollment, you can submit a financial aid application through FACTS, our external financial aid service. Speak to your admissions advisor once you are enrolled for further details on the process.
What is the deadline for financial aid applications?
Financial aid is awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend submitting your application as early as possible after enrollment to increase the likelihood of receiving aid.
Can I apply for state voucher programs in addition to school-based financial aid?
Yes, we encourage families to apply for state voucher programs alongside our school-based financial aid. Programs such as the Florida Scholarship, Step Up For Students, and the ESA scholarship in Arizona can significantly reduce the cost of tuition.
Is financial aid guaranteed if I apply?
Financial aid is not guaranteed. Awards are based on financial need and the availability of funds. Each family’s financial situation is individually assessed, and due to limited resources, we may not be able to accommodate all applicants, although we endeavour to support as many families as we can.
