High School Rhetoric III Online Course

Rhetoric III is a course for advanced speakers and writers who wish to shape their writing into a powerful tool for argument and persuasion. Following the development of the syllogism, the topics of debate are studied through the analysis and imitation of models.

Students may opt to take the AP English Language and Composition Exam in May.

About Instructor

Miss Sonara

Jcqueline Sonara holds a Bachelors in Spanish Language & Literature as well as a Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the Florida Atlantic University. Jacqueline has sixteen years of teaching experience at SouthTech Academy as the English Instructor and Instructional Reading Coach. She received multiple awards for her dedication as an educator, including the FCPN Best Practice Award, Voya Unsung Hero Award, the My Teacher My Hero Award, and the CTE Makeover Challenge. Jacqueline is a devoted traditional Catholic. She assists the Sisters with curriculum development, helping us align Catholic values with the highest academic standards. The Sisters are thankful to have her on our faculty as the high school Spanish and English instructor.
